Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 40-30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 10%administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.

Change of dates can only be accommodated at a first come first serve basis only within May- November 2025 with a change fee of 300 TTD. Discounted rates cannot be transferred outside of this time period .
