Booking Information
​Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Our Rental Agreement
. Air Conditioning:
Please turn off all air conditioning units when not in use or when leaving the premises. Each room has its own remote control.
​
Windows and Doors:
Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
​
Appliances:
Ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.
​
Children and Pool Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool.
There is no lifeguard on duty, and for safety reasons, glass items are not allowed in or around the pool. Acrylic and plastic glasses are provided.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Guests must shower before entering the pool.
Do not wash sand off your feet at the pool’s infinity edge.

Pool Area:
No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool.
​
Beach Gate:
The beach gate must be locked by 9:00 PM daily.
​
Internet and Cable:
Do not tamper with the internet or cable boxes. If there is an issue, please contact management.

BBQ and Outdoor Cooking:
Use of outdoor BBQ pits or stoves is not permitted, except for the electric and coal grills provided by Pride of Courland Tobago.
For insurance and safety reasons, open flames are not permitted on the property.
If open flame devices are found, management reserves the right to evict guests without reimbursement of incidental charges or any monies paid.

Fireworks and Explosives:
Fireworks or explosives are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Fireworks, explosives, or incendiary devices are strictly prohibited on the property.
The property extends to the high water mark on the beach, as delineated by the rocks in front of the house.
Guests are fully liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of fireworks, explosives, or other incendiary devices.
Hunting and Foraging:
Hunting wild or domesticated animals, as well as foraging for fruits and herbs, is forbidden on or around the property.

Damages:
You are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures. The cost of any damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Illegal Substances:
No illegal substances may be brought onto the property or used here
​
Overcrowding and Property Abuse:
Overcrowding or abuse of the property will result in eviction without reimbursement of rental or damage deposits.
All invited guests must leave by 10:00 PM.

Overnight Guests:
Only paying guests are allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in eviction or a fee of $100 USD per person.
​
Invited Guests:
Management must be informed of any invited guests. Full names and vehicle numbers of invited guests must be provided to management in advance.
No more than 5 invited guests are allowed at any time. All invited guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
Invited guests are not permitted to stay overnight on the property.
​
Check-out Preparation:
Please be fully prepared for check-out. An inventory will be conducted to ensure all furniture and fixtures are in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you overstay the check-out time, you will be charged for an additional night’s rental.
​
Parking:
Ample parking is available for all guests. Please be considerate of other guests, as parking spaces are shared.
​
Consideration for Others:
Be mindful that there may be other guests on the property. Please respect their privacy and space, and avoid excessive noise.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
​
Gate Remotes and Keys:
Gate remotes and apartment keys will be provided upon arrival. If lost or damaged, the incidental fee will be forfeited.
​
Security:
For your security, ensure that all access gates (main entrance and beach gate) are locked after use. Always ensure gates are closed when entering and exiting the property.
​
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. If you smoke, please do so outside the building and dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtrays provided.
If cigarette butts are found discarded around the property or plants, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
​
Noise:
No loud music is permitted on the property. Music volume must not exceed 80 decibels.
Waste Disposal:
All garbage must be placed in the commercial-sized bins at the back of the property. Glass items must be rinsed and placed in the designated recycling area.

MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMA GE TO ONE’S SELF, PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VEHICLE.

For Trinidad and Tobago Bookings:
Step 1: To Reserve

20% down payment is required to secure your booking.

The Property Manager will provide payment details. Dates will be temporarily held for 24-48 hours while you make the down payment.

Once the payment is made, please send a copy of the deposit along with a signed Rental Agreement and Guest Information Document to the Property Manager.​
​
A confirmation email will be sent after the down payment is received.​​
​Step 2: Final Payment

The remaining 80% balance is due 3 business days before check-in, along with the Refundable Incidental Fee.

Send the remaining balance and incidental fee to the Property Manager.

A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
For International Bookings
Step 1: To Reserve

To secure your booking, an Incidental Fee payment is required.

The Property Manager will provide payment details. Dates will be temporarily held for 24-48 hours while you make the payment.

After payment, a signed copy of the Rental Agreement and Guest Information Document must be sent to us.

A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

Step 2 : Final Payment

The full payment is due 3 business days before check-in or on arrival.

Pride of Courland Tobago are not responsible for processing or wire transfer fees
Incidental Fees are considered any extra costs or charges that are not a part of your main bill.
The Incidental Fees cover:
1. Any damages done to Pride of Courland’s apartments/villa and the surroundings. This includes the Electronic Main Gate, Beach Gate, Garage, Pool, Garden, Furnishings and Fittings and all contents of each apartment. This is refundable once nothing is broken or damaged in said villa or compound. It will be refunded within four (4) working days after checking out, once housekeeping is completed and subject to property being returned in good order.

2. Overcrowding or abuse of the property will result in eviction from the premises without reimbursement of rental and forfeit of incidental fee. Only guests registered during booking can stay overnight on the property. Should you have visiting guests overnighting and exceeding the apartment capacity, you will be evicted, and your rental and Incidental Fee forfeited.
​
3. If you decide to vacate the premises before your check out date you will be charged for the use of the property for that day or any part thereof.
​
4. Damages done by Invited Guests will be covered by booking personnel.
​
5. Any damages exceeding the Incidental Fee, WILL BE COVERED by the booking personnel.
​
This is refundable once nothing is broken or damaged in said villa or compound. It will be refunded within 2-4 business days ( once paid by Bank Transfer) and within 7 business days ( once paid by Credit Card) after check out once housekeeping is completed and subject to property being returned in good order.
Please note that while there is a four legged friend residing on the property, she prefers to keep to herself once guests are around so as not to disturb them. She is not in the habit of visiting any of the guest apartments. In case of severe dog allergies, please contact us so we can arrange a special anti allergen deep cleaning.
